Opening Hours
We are open from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
Appointments
To book an appointment, please contact us by phone at (Insert Phone Number) or click here to book online. Our team will make every effort to accommodate your preferred time and General Practitioner.
Appointment Guidelines
- Standard consultation time is 10 minutes.
- For procedures, vaccines, women’s health checks, or health assessments, please request extra time when booking.
Emergencies will always take priority, and we will notify you if there are delays or if your doctor has been called away.
After-Hours Care
For medical advice over the phone, you can call QLD Health on 13 43 25 84.
In case of emergency, dial 000.
Telephone Access
Our General Practitioners and nurses are available for calls during normal practice hours. If they are with a patient, a message will be taken, and we will inform you when they can return your call. In emergencies, your call will be put through immediately. Please note that phone calls and emails cannot replace in-person consultations.
Home and Other Visits
We do not offer home visits at this time.
Billing Information
We offer bulk billing for pensioners, veterans, concession card holders, and children under 16.
For other patients, our standard fees are:
- Standard Consultation: $40
- Long Consultation: $50
- Prolonged Consultation: $60
- Script by Phone: Bulk Billed
These are gap fees on top of the Medicare rebate.
Medicare and Insurance
To be eligible for bulk billing, you must be registered with MyMedicare through our practice. For patients without Medicare, a $40 gap fee applies for most services. Patients with private insurance will also pay a $40 gap fee on top of the Medicare rebate. If you do not have Medicare or insurance, please check consultation fees with our receptionist.
We offer bulk billing for special circumstances such as wound care after surgery, vaccinations, chronic disease management, and health assessments, provided no additional consultation is required.

Receiving Test Results
Your doctor will inform you when to expect the results of any tests or procedures. If a follow-up appointment is required, we will contact you. Feel free to call the practice with any questions regarding your results.
Reminder System
Our practice is committed to preventive care. We offer a reminder system that notifies you of preventive health services appropriate to your care. If you prefer not to be part of this system, please let us know.
Privacy and Personal Health Information
Your medical records are confidential. We ensure the security of your personal health information, and it is only accessible by authorised staff.
